Both the LED power board and the LED strips were dead. New LED's and Card ~$100. SO the salvage unit was repaired with cool LED strips from Amazon - Total cost (not including what I had on-hand) ~$16
LCD and connections survived numerous manipulations for the repair
Not ideal for a regular TV, but of little issue fo this salvaged TV. There are likely internal sources for power, but not knowing the current capabilities, an external power supply was used.

Adjusted the "Sharpen" settings on the TV menu to zero

- Top is the HDMI cable (can be plugged directly into the TV) - Right is the connection the the software defined radio and the LNA - Left is the dual wireless keyboard and mouse - Bottom is power
