Two of the many barbed cactus spines removed from Beckett's paws, face, nose lips and chin. She tangled with a cactus while we were watching the demolition of the Asarco stacks. On these two, and many others, only a small stub of the cactus spines were visible the rest of the spine was inside her skin. They were difficult to remove, as they were barbed.
