300mm Guider
Using a 300mm lens and a Meade DSI Pro, a very effective and inexpensive guider was assembled.
The lens set a little before infinity (in order to insure focus at infinity). The camera was connected to the computer so that the output can be viewed. The lens was then laid in front of the DSI pro on a small channel and moved in or out until the image of a distant target comes to focus.
Once focused, measurements can be taken to allow the adapters to be fabricated.
